BattleRank is a platform that allows users to create and participate in comparison battles. Users can:

• Create battles with multiple options for voting
• Vote on battles created by others
• View rankings and results based on community votes
• Share battles with others

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You retain ownership of content you create. By posting content, you grant us a license to:

• Display and distribute your content on the platform
• Allow other users to view and interact with your content
• Use your content to improve our services

You are solely responsible for your content and must ensure it does not violate these terms or any applicable laws.

You agree not to:

• Post illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Manipulate votes or game the ranking system
• Use bots or automated systems without permission
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Interfere with the operation of the service
• Violate any intellectual property rights

The BattleRank name, logo, and all related trademarks are our property. The service and its original content (excluding user content) are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Pro subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

BattleRank is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy of user-generated content
• That the service will meet your specific needs

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BattleRank shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes.
