Can I try Pro features before paying?+
Yes! Every Pro subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. You can cancel anytime during the trial and won't be charged.
What happens to my battles if I downgrade?+
Your existing battles remain accessible. However, you won't be able to create new private battles or use Pro-only features. Any embed widgets will show BattleRank branding.
Is there a limit on voters?+
On the Starter plan, each battle can receive up to 100 votes. Pro users get unlimited votes per battle - perfect for viral campaigns.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts. Cancel whenever you want from your account settings, and you'll retain Pro access until the end of your billing period.
Do you offer refunds?+
We offer a full refund within 14 days of your first payment if you're not satisfied. Just reach out to our support team.
